1、 Pre start inspection: 1. Check that the oil level in the high-level oil tank is at least 70% or above, and the oil level in the low-level oil tank is around 30%. Ensure that there is sufficient storage space for the expansion of oil products during the heating process. The high-level tank has sufficient cold oil to cool the hot oil of the boiler.
2. Check that the valves of the piping system and steam generator are in the correct on/off position.
3. Check that the boiler water seal chimney and slag remover have sufficient liquid level to ensure the cooling of slag and the treatment of fine ash.
4. Check whether the boiler and its surroundings are clean and free of debris, and whether the furnace body, circulation pump, steam generator, and reducer are normal.
5. Check if the high and low oil discharge valves of the boiler are in their normal positions.
6. Check whether the various instruments of the boiler display normally.
2、 Start: 1. Close the power switch and check if the voltage is normal. Turn the control knob to the manual position. Adjust the temperature values of the boiler's oil supply and return control.
2. Turn on the circulation pump and slowly open the outlet valve after the pressure stabilizes. Make the thermal oil in the system flow. Observe the oil level in the high-level oil tank and promptly replenish it to the normal level if it drops
3. Determine whether to use the steam generator based on the specific production situation.
4. The grid connection operation of the steam generator is detailed in the operating procedures of the steam generator.
5. Observe the inlet and outlet oil pressure of the boiler. When the pressure pointers of the two gauges are stable and not shaking, ignite the boiler according to the start-up sequence of the steam boiler.
3、 Operation: 1. During the ignition and heating process of the boiler, it must be carried out slowly to avoid the occurrence of oil injection accidents in the high-level oil tank due to oil expansion.
2. It is necessary to regularly observe the oil level in the high-level oil tank to ensure sufficient liquid level and avoid the lack of heat transfer oil entering the system, which may affect the safe operation of the system.
3. The oil level in the low-level oil tank must be ensured to be above the elbow of the oil discharge pipe, and visibility shall prevail.
4. Due to the difference in structure between thermal oil boilers and steam boilers, it is necessary to regularly observe the furnace and strictly prohibit the occurrence of coking and wall hanging phenomena.
5. Regularly check and verify the difference between the instrument display on the control panel and the on-site display during operation. When the difference is severe, it must be dealt with or even shut down.
6. Regularly observe the pointer shaking and pressure difference changes of the pressure gauges in front and behind the furnace. If the pointer shakes violently or the pressure difference increases, measures must be taken to slow down or stop the operation. 7. During operation, it is strictly prohibited to stop the circulation pump for any reason.
8. When switching the circulation pump, it is necessary to first start the standby pump, wait for the pressure to circulate steadily, and then turn off the circulation pump that you want to turn off
9. After all pumps have been shut down due to uncontrollable reasons, emergency shutdown must be carried out and restart operations are not allowed.
10. The production operation of thermal oil boilers is the same as that of steam boilers.
4、 Shutdown operation: 1. Normal shutdown A, stop blowing, induced draft and grate, stop combustion, and the slag remover stops running after cleaning the slag.
B、 The circulating pump is running, and the oil level in the high-level oil tank should be observed at all times to avoid system cooling and oil contraction.
C. After the temperature of the hot oil drops below 70 ℃, stop the operation of the hot oil circulation pump.
D. Turn off the main power and keep a handover record.
2. Emergency shutdown A, stop the operation of the blower and induced draft fan.
B. Turn the furnace to * * * and release the burning coal.
C、 Quickly open the furnace door for natural cooling of the furnace.
D、 Quickly open the four oil discharge valves on the boiler header to the designated position.
E、 Do not increase or decrease the opening of the oil discharge valve during operation. To ensure the safety of the heat transfer oil and boiler. This must be strictly followed and remembered.
